Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team oversee the management accountings
• Handle full spectrum of accounting and finance functions;
• Good at self-explanation of financial terms and ratios, report to CEO/COO in monthly basis regarding investment return and operation business productivities over finance figure;
• Provide financial analysis to management with value added comments;
• Able to draft Director’s Statement in annual/quarter basis;
• Supervise support staff on all spectrum of finance matters (including all receivables and payables, banking, finance investment return, Petty cash, Payments)
• Oversee and prepare tax and statutory compliance matters;
• Monitor income, cash flow and expenditure (cost control and procurement procedures compliance)
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, interim and annual reports; liaise with external auditors;
• Manage Budget, make sure payables and receivables comply with Contract Agreement.

Job Requirements:

• Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines;
• At least 15 years’ working experience in auditing and/or accounting;
• Experienced look after whole set bookkeeping in construction or real estate companies;
• Rich experience reading finance statement, e.g. income statement, balance statement, cash flow statement as well as good at using accounting ratios produce self-explanatory business development productivity;
• Familiar and internet dealing with banking and-investment analysis;
• Familiar with ACCP and IFRs;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; prefer dual language, English and Cantonese;
• Decision maker and able to work with and lead a team with members 2-5;
• Good Comment in written and spoken English and Chinese
